Public Alert! Phone Lines are Being Cut in Hudson
Please be aware that we’ve received reports that burglaries have occurred in the Hudson area where phone lines have been cut prior to gaining access to the home.  This has not happened to a Gillmore customer. However, your Gillmore system requires a telephone line to transfer signals to our communication center. We will not be aware if your line has been cut. The simple solution is to add a cellular or radio communicator to your system.  We will get a signal into our communication center even if phone lines have been cut. Some of you have already added this device for back-up protection. If you have an older system, it may be necessary to upgrade the panel in order to add a communicator.

* Here are some facts about cellular or radio communicators:
  • They can be used as a back-up to your phone line or as your primary communicator to Gillmore should you decide to eliminate your home phone lines all together.
  • The newer security panels can send an individual signal for each device.
